Please make sure that the database is installed.
Next, follow below procedures to check database connection:
- Go to system menu then find and click BioTime 6.0
- Find and click BioTime 6.0 Server Controller
- Find and click Controller icon located at the lower right side of the window
- Find and click Database Configuration
- Check the configuration then click Test Connection
